Lisa has over 35 years of experience in the financial services industry, specialising in technical paraplanning and the development of efficient, robust processes. She is Diploma qualified (DipPFS), demonstrating a strong level of technical expertise and a continued commitment to professional standards.

At Grosvenor Consultancy, Lisa’s role is split across two key areas. As Senior Paraplanner to two of the firm’s advisers, she focuses on researching complex, bespoke solutions and producing clear, comprehensive recommendations for clients. Alongside this, she works to enhance internal processes, refine the firm’s proposition, and continually improve the overall client experience.

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys restoring and upcycling furniture—as well as keeping active at the gym and gardening. She also enjoys visiting heritage sites with her husband.
