We are delighted to announce that we have selected Spear Bristol as our charity partner for 2025.
Spear Bristol is dedicated to transforming the lives of up to 90 young individuals in Bristol each year by providing them with the support, skills, and confidence needed to enter the workforce or re-engage with education. Their free twelve-month program begins with an intensive six-week foundation phase aimed at preparing disadvantaged young people (aged 16-24) for employment, followed by ongoing support to help them secure and sustain jobs or pursue further training.
When we heard the focus of Spear Bristol was on early intervention for children and young people, aiming to provide opportunities that prevent long-term systemic problems in both rural and urban communities, we knew it would be the ideal charity to support over the next 12 months.
By partnering with Spear Bristol, we hope to demonstrate a further commitment in making a positive impact on the local community, helping to address youth unemployment and fostering a brighter future for young people in Bristol.
