Adam is a Chartered Financial Planner and Fellow of the Personal Finance Society, holding the highest level of qualification awarded by the Chartered Insurance Institute. He has worked in financial services since 2000 and has developed extensive experience across financial advice, mortgages, training, compliance, operations and business management.

Adam joined Grosvenor Consultancy in 2016 as a Paraplanner, working closely with Managing Director Ben Olson and Director Thomas Burley to support the delivery of high-quality financial planning advice. Since then, he has played a key role in the continued development of the business and now serves as Chief Operating Officer.

As COO, Adam is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the firm, overseeing business strategy, regulatory oversight, technology, adviser support, client service delivery and continuous improvement initiatives. He works closely with the management team to ensure Grosvenor continues to provide efficient, compliant and client-focused services while supporting the growth and development of the business.

Outside of work, Adam enjoys spending time with his children, travelling the world, going to the gym and cooking on the BBQ.
