Putting his client’s needs at the centre of what Phil provides is key. He has known most of his clients for many years; providing them with their own continually reviewed ‘structure and direction’ for their finances.
Sometimes Phil’s clients may want assistance with a specific issue, but often it is the ‘bigger picture’ of helping them identify and achieve their objectives and then keeping things on track. This might be the tax efficient creation and protection of wealth, planning for retirement, help with school fees, redundancy, help with their business or protection for their family.
Phil is married to Karen, has two children; Calum and Ella and lives in North Bristol. In his ‘other life’, he is a Churchwarden of an ancient parish church in Bristol and occasionally sings in a choir. He enjoys photography, makes the occasional necessary trip (!) to a gym and has a fascination with all things Croatian – having been a regular visitor and property owner there over the past 15 years.
We have relied on Phil’s expert advice for many years and he has never let us down. He is particularly accomplished at explaining, sometimes complex, financial matters in a way that is easy to understand. We trust his judgement, experience and integrity wholeheartedly.
We met with Phil at a time when we were contemplating a private education for our daughter. Phil provided a full review of our finances and set up an investment strategy to help us fund the schooling and also our retirement. The advice provided was thorough, considered, independent and very professional and we would not hesitate to recommend the process to anyone with similar requirements.
